How to Invite Users to Your SimDash

Select User Management in the SimDash Dropdown menu.



 


Add people to your SimDash by selecting the Invite button in the top right corner.





A pop up will appear and you can enter the invitee’s email address and pre-assign them a role so that when they accept the invitation, they will be all set up and ready to go!





After inviting a user, an email will be sent to the user and provide instructions on how to set up their account, login, and accept the invitation. Please let invitees know to check their junk/spam folders.



Until the user accepts their Status will display as pending.





When this user creates an account or next logs in they will have a notification they need to accept to be included in your SimDash. You can only see these notifications when viewing your personal account. See our article "How to Switch to Your Personal Account".



Once an individual has accepted an invite, to give them access to our Learnsuite apps you will need to assign them a seat. See our article "How to Assign Seats to Users"
